I cannot bake because I cannot fathom putting TWO WHOLE cups of sugar in a banana bread recipe (sugar guilt?) so I decided to make my own wonderland flower cake. Voila, a whole new level of sweetness :)
They turned out to be very good conversation pieces... My friend Roxanne threw a great party for her 1-year-old Ellie. Here is what she prepared.
