"Winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting and autumn a mosaic of them all."
- Stanley Horowitz
Ah, fall. I absolutely adore this season. The fashion, a new school year, the change of pace and oh, let's not forget new TV series (bisou bisou!). I have a great view from my balcony and I'm saying goodbye to my neighbor geese from the creek. Our backyard has a creek and a lake, how awesome is that. We have lovely sunsets.
It's time for pumpkins, gourds, Indian corn and squash! Picked up a few of these in the grocery. Spruced up our credenza, it's time for fall decorating!
Hi Anna, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me some lovely comments. I'm a primary school teacher too (well I'm currently on maternity leave). Your display above looks perfect for the season starting over your way :)
ReplyDeleteAll the way over here in Australia it is Spring. I am in love with the seasons!
ReplyDeleteAnna, thanks for stopping by my blog too. Glad to be here in your blog. Do you do flower arrangements? I love your pictures, they're gorgeous! Here in northwestern part of Pennsylvania, our Fall season is now in it's peak. Super vibrant and colorful trees everywhere. Got pictures of it in my other blog.
