Crepe Myrtles

I have been dog sitting Nickel (my sister's dog) for a couple of weeks. We have been taking lots of walks, and thanks to him I have met more neighbors in my area. Some horses were strolling one time, Nickel was excited to say hi to them! Anyway, a few weeks back the lovely Crepe Myrtles were in bloom. These flowers are best viewed from the trees, they just sprinkle petals when you try to arrange them in vases.
