Debutante Ball

Over the holidays I made a "personal-sized" French Vanilla with Lemon Curd Filling cake for a wonderful party. It was my first time to stack my own cake and I made about 125 little fondant blossoms. This was for my cousin's 18th birthday, in my culture it is celebrated with 18 candles, 18 roses and 18 people in her court to dance the waltz as she is presented to society as a young woman.

Aside from that I also did the centerpieces for her party. My cousins helped set-up and deliver the items, needless to say my van was jam packed with people and things! We had fun working together and it was really a memorable Thanksgiving weekend.

Special thanks to Tubay Yabut for sharing pictures of the event. He did an awesome job!

Happy Birthday Maegan!
